INFLAMMATION

One of the biggest complaints I hear in the office is joint pain caused by inflammation. Some of the biggest contributors that cause joint inflammation are; processed foods, smoking, alcohol, sugar, gluten, dairy, lack of movement and exercise, lack of sleep, stress, joint restrictions and or misalignments.

If you are experiencing joint pain and are saying yes to a lot of these contributing factors, you may want to re-evaluate.

Some easy things to make sure you are doing to help with joint inflammation; get into proper alignment with a Chiropractic adjustment, move your body through exercise or walking, get great sleep, drink lots of water, Omega 3 Fatty Acids (fish oil or krill oil) (more than 1,000 mg of EPA and DHA combined per day), Collagen and bone broth, icing for 15-20 minutes, CBD's, turmeric and garlic, and limit or avoid: sugar, gluten, dairy, smoking, alcohol, processed foods.

I would start with evaluating the list above and be consistent for a few weeks and see if you notice a difference in the way your body is functioning and the way your body feels.
