When we can build upon these daily action steps at home our health will dramatically improve in the right direction. The data reports that 90% of all disease is related to LIFESTYLE choices. The foods we eat, the amount of exercise we get, the amount of toxins we are exposed to, the amount of physical, emotional, and chemical stress that builds, etc.


Knowing that only 10% of all disease is due to genetics is a game changer. We can definitely take small action steps to shift the needle of health in the right direction and add quality and longevity to our life.


Throw in some recovery practices such as Chiropractic adjustments, Acupuncture, Massage, Yoga, Gym Membership, etc. and now we are elevating our level of self care and health to its maximum potential!
